A ±4000 m2 housing project in endless development, Luxembourg-Merl. One of Max’s passions is trying to alleviate the housing crisis Luxembourg finds itself in. However, bureaucracy really doesn’t like to keep up with our current times. And so we waited for 7 years - for better days and faster administrative processes. To create hundreds of housing units we desperately need. Now the land is in the hands of public developers, let's see how many more years will pass before anything will grow there.
