What’s better than a swimming pool on the roof? A swimming pool with portholes, so you can see inside from the living room right below! This private residence was Max’s first full project as an architect (with generous support from CBA, there couldn’t be a better partner for this). Strict use of selected materials (wood, concrete and glass) create a strong sense of individuality for the building and also help it integrate into its surroundings. Contest winning concept designed and built by Max Bauer, in collaboration with CBA.
